Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant

Your Function

  • As a BRIGHTFOX Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant you manage the implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  • Work together with your team to analyse business problems and translate them into solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops remotely or at the client's office to capture & challenge business requirements.
  • You will be responsible for the design & configuration of the Salesforce platform. (without coding)
  • Collaborate with our development team for custom-made functionalities.
  • You have specific knowledge of the Salesforce Service Cloud solution and related technologies. (Service Console, Entitlement processes, Omni channel, CTI integrations, Knowledge management, ... )
  • You will help our client's customer service team offering excellent service to their customers.
  • Manage customer expectations to drive success for the client and yourself.
  • We work in an agile environment to deliver our projects

Your Profile

  • You have a business or IT related degree (master or bachelor).
  • You have a strong interest and affinity with IT and technology solutions.
  • You have functional knowledge of and experience in sales, service and/or marketing processes.
  • You have proven problem solving experience and you have a pragmatic approach.
  • You have good analytical and modeling skills.
  • You have strong communication & presentation skills.
  • You are a proactive consultant with strong client facing skills.
  • You are result driven and sharing your knowledge is a passion.
  • You have extensive knowledge of Salesforce technology or you are strongly acquainted with another CRM technology (SAP, Microsoft, Siebel).
  • You understand the Salesforce product stack and you monitor the trends & new releases.
  • You are highly committed to customer’s success.
  • You are a teamplayer - Ready to inspire your teammembers!
  • You are a Certified Salesforce Administrator and want to achieve more certificates.
  • Experience with the Salesforce Service Cloud or Salesforce FSL (Field Service Lightning) is a plus.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
