Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your Function

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:

  • Set up the human-resource planning together with management
  • Develop new ideas to attract and source talent
  • Build up talent pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant channels
  • Control our retention and engage with current employees
  • Play an active role to build and retain our company culture
  • Coach and guide our employees, set up an employee growth plan to help individuals improve their skills in their current role and passion
  • Be the partner in crime for our Salesforce specialists and all our colleagues
  • Reflect and iterate on the recruitment process to ensure and enhance quality
  • Take the initiative to contribute to the fun factor within the company. For example through the organization of (online) events
  • Keep track of your administration via our Applicant Tracking System.

Your Profile

To be successful:

  • You have an hbo working and intellectual level
  • You preferably have completed one of the following studies (or similar): Human Resource Management, Human Resource & Organization
  • You are enthusiastic about Salesforce or want to learn more about it
  • You have 2-5 years of working experience in a similar role
  • You're an empathic and a natural speaker
  • You speak and write fluent Dutch and English
  • You provide a great candidate experience
  • You get energized by seeing other people grow
  • You are creative, proactive, and have an excellent ability to work independently
