Your Function
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:
- Set up the human-resource planning together with management
- Develop new ideas to attract and source talent
- Build up talent pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant channels
- Control our retention and engage with current employees
- Play an active role to build and retain our company culture
- Coach and guide our employees, set up an employee growth plan to help individuals improve their skills in their current role and passion
- Be the partner in crime for our Salesforce specialists and all our colleagues
- Reflect and iterate on the recruitment process to ensure and enhance quality
- Take the initiative to contribute to the fun factor within the company. For example through the organization of (online) events
- Keep track of your administration via our Applicant Tracking System.
Your Profile
To be successful:
- You have an hbo working and intellectual level
- You preferably have completed one of the following studies (or similar): Human Resource Management, Human Resource & Organization
- You are enthusiastic about Salesforce or want to learn more about it
- You have 2-5 years of working experience in a similar role
- You're an empathic and a natural speaker
- You speak and write fluent Dutch and English
- You provide a great candidate experience
- You get energized by seeing other people grow
- You are creative, proactive, and have an excellent ability to work independently
