Since 1971, the culture of ERA Real Estate focuses on sharing knowledge through their smart community of brokers and agents. Their agents directly influence new ERA products that benefit homebuyers and sellers. As they align their strengths to fullfil the needs of their consumers. Such as the need for relevant information, innovative ways to collaborate and guidance through the home buying- and selling process. ERA Belgium has more than 100 real estate offices and more than 400 agents.
Business challenge
ERA Belgium was looking to replace their legacy CRM/Sales application (ASP.NET) by a worthy platform, that could also bring added value. ERA Belgium has investigated several cloud solutions, some real-estate specific, others more generic.
ERA Belgium requested 1 platform for all brokers with a complex integration to the company website and all other Real Estate Partners.
Approach & Services
BRIGHTFOX delivered a unique Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation used by the 70+ independent franchises of the ERA Belgium network.The solution was delivered as a platform that guides the brokers through the management of the full commercial pipeline of their property listings.It not only digitizes but also automates the key business processes within real-estate like prospection and sales/rental of properties. Besides automated workflows to consistently and efficiently process recurring tasks, the platform solution is also accommodated with complementary apps to make comparative market analyses and value estimations for new listenings.
All functionality is moreover seamlessly integrated to third party systems and websites to publish properties on real estate portals and capture feedback of potential buyers. Additionally, franchise managers feel comfortably at ease managing their business with the real-time dashboards and reports. The database moreover contains 15 years of historic data on real-estate transactions and is used for data analyses by well-known universities in Belgium.
The platform solution also enables digital collaboration in the context of the numerous data records; the various brokers can cooperate within the network and act and perform as a real franchise network, whilst respecting privacy of the data of each franchisee.
Moreover this is all setup with a full customer 360 view on their various B2C contacts: giving a nice overview of all types of interactions with customers throughout their journey of sales and rental of their properties.
The +- 400 endusers and 70+ independent brokers, the ERAforce platform is considered as the heart of the leading real-estate network in Belgium.
