ERA Belgium was looking to replace their legacy CRM/Sales application (ASP.NET) by a worthy platform, that could also bring added value. ERA Belgium has investigated several cloud solutions, some real-estate specific, others more generic.
ERA Belgium requested 1 platform for all brokers with a complex integration to the company website and all other Immo partners.

Brightfox delivered 1 integrated, process based and future-proof solution, that will not only manage the residences, but will enforce and automate prospecting and sales processes.
Some functionalities : Prospecting & Sales Management, Lead generation/conversion and publication to the company website, Integration with Real Estate partner portals (like Immoweb, Vlan, Hebbes,…), Integration with Brandkeeper (HQ Document/Brochure fulfillment), Enhanced ERA broker dashboards: Sales YTD, Pipeline and consolidated dashboards for ERA HQ.
