Business challenge

Henrad was looking for a CRM platform where the focus would be the 360°-visibility on the Customer, not only on entering data. Henrad requested an automated sales process to gain better insights on the sales pipeline and establish an optimized interaction with their contractors, sending multi-lingual quotes to customers, allowing personalization but based on one generic template. Automatic matching of opportunities and quotes sent to customers with bookings, so that opportunity stages can be updated automatically and the sales executive does not have to do this manually. Finding back similar quotes gaining more transparency of pricing approaches.
Implement reports and dashboards that give both sales representative and sales management visibility on KPI’s.

Approach & Services

GEN-C has implemented the Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, together with a streamlined and harmonized sales process, allowing the sales organization to focus more on the customers and their needs, and less on administrative overhead. Harmonization and partial automation of the sales processes improved sales tracking and visibility, giving them the ability to quickly interact with their vendors, helping them to keep better track on their sales funnel and provide clear insights that lead to streamlined marketing actions.
