Professional training is one of the key points to make sure your users use the new system as it was designed and maximize the use of all the functionalities. Good adoption will result in smooth deployments and a bigger return on your investment. Projects that include good change management and professional training are more successful.

BRIGHTFOX offers a standard end user training for all functions that will use your system. This include your Sales, Service and Marketing staff. In our trainings we adopt the Scenario-based learning. Depending on the complexity of the implementation we offer the following packages:

End User Training Introduction

1-day package

This includes half a day of preparation and half a day of training. The training will be tailored to your implementation as far as basic functionalities are concerned.

At the end of this training users will:

  • Get to know their new environment
  • Familiarize themselves with Accounts and Contacts
  • Get an introduction to Opportunities
  • Find out how to work with Cases
  • Understand Reports & Dashboards
  • Use Chatter for communication and collaboration

2-day package

This includes one day of preparation and one day of training. The training will be tailored to your implementation as far as the basic functionalities are concerned with a more practical approach.

At the end of this training users will:

  • Get to know their new environment
  • Know how to search the application
  • Understand how Accounts and Contacts work
  • Know how to create and use List Views
  • Get to know the Sales Funnel with Opportunities
  • Know how to create and manage Cases
  • Be able to work with and create Reports and Dashboards
  • Customize their own Org (application)
  • Use Chatter for communication and collaboration
